How to connect a Maxcom Pay device to a card?

  1. Download the Fidesmo app from the Play Store (Android) or Apple Store (IOS).

 

2. In the app, select "Connect" and then "Fidesmo Wearable." Then follow the prompts in the app.

* Depending on the smartphone you're using, place your payment device as close as possible to the NFC chip installed on your smartphone. (As shown in the graphic below.) Remove the case during pairing.

3. If your bank does not support the Fidesmo app, you will need to download a virtual wallet

Download the app Curves, where you can add your card to generate a virtual card, and then connect the virtual card to the Fidesmo app. To do this, after launching the Curve app, follow the on-screen instructions.

 

 

 

To connect your virtual card to the Fidesmo app in the Curve app to get your virtual card number, click on the "launchpad" and select

Then go to the Fidesmo application, fill in your payment card details with the virtual card number, accept the terms and conditions, and reconnect your device.
