Maxcom's extensive product portfolio, effective marketing efforts, pro-ecological approach, and modern management strategy have been recognized for the second time by the jury of the Best Managed Companies competition organized by Deloitte Private. In this year's edition, Maxcom defended its title and retains its BMC certification for another year, thus remaining in the elite group of the best-managed Polish private sector companies.
Best Managed Companies This proprietary competition, launched in 1993 by Deloitte Private in Canada, is currently held in dozens of countries worldwide. Thousands of private companies participate each year and undergo a rigorous process of verifying their approach to business. Independent experts and a jury composed of academics from economic universities, among others, evaluate which of the private companies entered in the competition are coping best in these challenging times. Each company's management skills and practices, stemming from its vision and mission, its resources, both tangible and intangible, its organizational culture, and its oversight and reporting systems, are considered.
Maxcom first joined this elite group of 20 best-managed private companies in Poland last year. To retain the prestigious BMC certification, it was necessary to successfully complete a second verification process, consistent with stringent criteria applied worldwide. During workshops, meetings, and discussions with independent management experts, Maxcom demonstrated its ability to successfully operate in changing economic conditions.
- We continually adapt to the changing reality and meet the expectations of our clients. Our success is the result of the hard work of all our employees, their commitment, and their ability to adapt to a very dynamic market. Therefore, we are delighted that our business vision and developed organizational culture have once again been recognized by Deloitte. – emphasizes Arkadiusz Wilusz, president of the management board of Maxcom.
The company's strategy, which was recognized in the BMC poll, resulted in an extensive and competitive product portfolio. The new product range aligns with current trends in electromobility, smart homes, fashion, and renewable energy. In developing new products, Maxcom specialists are guided by tools such as market and global trends, as well as analysis of competitor activity. Decisions related to expanding the product range are made after in-depth analysis of trends visible at international trade fairs, including those in which Maxcom is an exhibitor (IFA in Berlin, MWC in Barcelona, Intersolar in Munich). The brand's success is also driven by the initiatives of the marketing department, which, along with the adopted management philosophy, has the ability to implement its own innovative ideas. To achieve these goals, Maxcom employees continually improve their skills at conferences, industry trade fairs, team-building trips, and motivational training.
One of the pillars of Maxcom's development strategy for the coming years is environmental protection. A prime example of such pro-ecological initiatives implemented by the company is tree planting. As part of this initiative, Maxcom employees planted 4000 new young oak trees in the Kobiór Forest District. Maxcom also strives to be among the most socially responsible companies, implementing zero-waste projects and aligning with the EU's policy of independence from natural gas and climate change. For example, the company replaced its gas furnace and switched to its own-brand heat pumps for the entire office building and Maxcom halls, thus supplementing its existing photovoltaic installation.
The distinction in the plebiscite organized by Deloitte entitles companies to use the registered trademark of the program Best Managed Companies, which is a symbol of organizational success, exceptional achievements and entrepreneurial spirit in private companies.
