Deleting an account in the Maxcom Tracker eSIM application

There are two ways to delete your account:

  1. Directly in the Maxcom Tracker eSIM application
    Log in to the app using your registered login and password, then go to your account settings, where you will find the option to delete it.
  2. By email contact with the service department
    Send an email to serwis@maxcom.pl requesting account deletion. In the body of the message, please include your name and the email address you used during registration. Your account will be deleted within 5 business days of your request being confirmed.

Important information: Once your account is deleted, all associated data will be permanently deleted from the system. You will not be able to log in again or recover your account.
