How do I lock my wristband?

What to do if you lose your phone?

You can scan your payment device with another phone and continue using the same device with the assigned card or pause/disconnect the payment after verification.

How to connect a Maxcom Pay device to a card?

  • Download the app Fidesmo from the Play Store (Android) or Apple Store (IOS).

  • In the app, select "Connect" and then "Fidesmo Wearable."

  • Then follow the messages displayed in the app.

Is it possible to connect another card to the same device?

NO. Devices do not function as a virtual wallet. One device = one card.

Is it possible to connect another service to a device already connected to a payment card?

Yes, you can manage several devices within one Fidesmo application, each with an individually assigned card. One device = one card.

Where to find the NFC reader on your phone?

The NFC reader is usually located on the phone on the back of the device. The exact location may vary depending on your phone model.
