1. Supported banks and payment cards
What banks are supported?
Below is a full list of supported banks and financial institutions. Click on the bank name to see which cards are supported:
If your bank is not listed, you can use the Curve app.
Apart from these, there are also various financial institutions and fintechs available, such as XTB, Nexo, Mercy Corps, Moorwand, Global Blue, Miloan, VeloBank, Halvo, Zefin, Save the Children, DiPocket, Netcredit, Wallester and Revolut.
2. Payment management and security
How do I lock the bar?
If necessary, the strap can be deactivate with one click from the dedicated Fidesmo mobile app, or completely disconnect the device if it's lost. This gives you full control over access management.
What to do if you lose your strap?
You can stop payment or disconnect a lost device.
What to do if you lose your phone?
You can scan your payment device with another phone and continue using the same device with the assigned card or pause/disconnect the payment after verification.
3. Connecting and configuring devices
How to connect a Maxcom Pay device to a card?

Download the app Fidesmo from the Play Store (Android) or Apple Store (IOS).

In the app, select "Connect" and then "Fidesmo Wearable."

Is it possible to connect another card to the same device?
NO. Devices do not function as a virtual wallet. One device = one card.
Is it possible to connect another service to a device already connected to a payment card?
Yes, you can add, for example, a website that will work with a mobile device.
Can I connect multiple devices in the Fidesmo app?
Yes, you can manage several devices within one Fidesmo application, each with an individually assigned card. One device = one card.
Where to find the NFC reader on your phone?
The NFC reader is usually located on the phone on the back of the device. The exact location may vary depending on your phone model.
