1. Supported banks and payment cards
Which banks are supported?
Below is a full list of supported banks and financial institutions. Click on the bank name to see which cards are supported:
If your bank is not listed, you can use the Curve app.
Apart from these, there are also various financial institutions and fintechs available, such as XTB, Nexo, Mercy Corps, Moorwand, Global Blue, Miloan, VeloBank, Halvo, Zefin, Save the Children, DiPocket, Netcredit, Wallester and Revolut.
2. Payment management and security
How do I lock the ring?
You can deactivate your ring at any time in the Fidesmo app using the "Pause Payments" option, or completely disconnect your device if you lose it. You retain full control over access.
What to do if you lose your ring?
You can stop payments immediately or disconnect your device completely.
What to do if you lose your phone?
Simply scan your device with another smartphone with the Fidesmo app installed. Once verified, you can continue using the assigned card or suspend the payment.
Is there a risk of accidental payment?
No. NFC technology requires the ring to be consciously brought very close to the terminal, which virtually eliminates the possibility of unintentional transactions.
3. Connecting and configuring
How to connect a Maxcom Pay device to a card?
Follow the instructions included in the package or:

Download the Fidesmo app from App Store and/ or Google Play

In the app, select "connect" and then "Fidesmo wearable."

Follow the instructions displayed.
If your bank does not support the Fidesmo app, you will need to use Curve virtual wallet.
Can I add more than one card to one device?
NOOne device supports one assigned payment card.
Can other services be added to a paired device?
Yes, it is possible, for example, to add a website that works with a mobile device.
Can I manage multiple devices in the Fidesmo app?
Tak. One Fidesmo application allows you to operate multiple devices, each with a separate card assigned. One device = one card.
Where is the NFC reader located on the phone?
NFC module location depends on the phone model:
