1. Supported banks and payment cards
What banks are supported?

Apart from these, there are also various financial institutions and fintechs available, such as XTB, Nexo, Mercy Corps, Moorwand, Global Blue, Miloan, VeloBank, Halvo, Zefin, Save the Children, DiPocket, Netcredit, Wallester and Revolut.
2. Payment management and security
How do I lock the ring?
If necessary, you can deactivate the ring with a single click in the dedicated Fidesmo "Pause Payments" app, or completely disconnect it if lost. You're guaranteed full control over access management.
What to do if you lose your ring?
You can stop payment or disconnect your device.
What to do if you lose your phone?
Scan your payment device with another phone with the Fidesmo app installed and after verification you can continue using the same device with the assigned card, or pause/disconnect the payment.
Can I accidentally pay for something?
No worries. Contactless payments using NFC technology require the ring to be actively held very close to the payment terminal. This makes accidental transactions virtually impossible.

How to connect a Maxcom Pay device to a card?

If your bank does not support the Fidesmo app, you will need to download it. virtual wallet - Curve app.
Is it possible to connect another card to the same device?
NO. Devices do not function as a virtual wallet. One device = one card.
Is it possible to connect another service to a device already connected to a payment card?
YesFor example, you can add a website that will work with a mobile device.
Can I connect multiple devices in the Fidesmo app?
YesWithin a single Fidesmo app, you can manage multiple devices, each with an individually assigned card. One device = one card.
Where to find the NFC reader on your phone?
The NFC reader is usually located on the phone on the back of the device. The exact location may vary depending on your phone model.
