JLab offers products with Tile technology, which works with a free smartphone app for both Android® and Apple®. If you lose your headphones, this smartphone app will show you their location. Activating this technology is incredibly simple. Simply turn on Bluetooth on your phone, press the "activate headphones" button, and place your finger on each earbud. This simple process will activate the app's search function. You can verify this by clicking "find" on your phone's screen, which will cause the headphones to emit a distinctive chime.
You can also use the "Notify when found" option. This involves the entire Tile network—all phones worldwide running the Tile app—in the search. Any device on the network can track a lost Tile tracker and share its current location via the Tile app, completely anonymously, of course.
