Account Deletion in the Maxcom Tracker eSIM App

There are two ways to delete your account:

  1. Directly in the Maxcom Tracker eSIM app
    Log in using your registered username and password, then go to account settings where you’ll find the option to delete your account.
  2. By contacting customer service via email
    Send a message to serwis@maxcom.pl requesting account deletion. Please include your name and the email address used during registration. Your account will be deleted within 5 business days after your request is confirmed.

Important Notice: Once your account is deleted, all associated data will be permanently removed from the system. You will no longer be able to log in, and the account cannot be restored.
