Account Deletion in the Maxcom Tracker eSIM App
There are two ways to delete your account:
- Directly in the Maxcom Tracker eSIM app
Log in using your registered username and password, then go to account settings where you’ll find the option to delete your account. - By contacting customer service via email
Send a message to serwis@maxcom.pl requesting account deletion. Please include your name and the email address used during registration. Your account will be deleted within 5 business days after your request is confirmed.
Important Notice: Once your account is deleted, all associated data will be permanently removed from the system. You will no longer be able to log in, and the account cannot be restored.
